What to do in an Emergency…

Driver Has not arrived – Give them 15 minutes from your scheduled pick up time and then call our emergency line at 120-0001.

My ride cancelled and I need a last minute shuttle – call our emergency line 120-0001 if after hours or 152-1999 during the day.

Pickup/Dropoff Process

Pickup House/Hotel – Our van will arrive within a 15 minute time frame of your scheduled pick up time. They will pull up to your front door or as close as posible. The driver will help you load your bags and you will be shown into the van. Please be ready to leave when the driver arrives. You will then proceed to your drop off location or pick up other passengers. If you have not paid in the office the driver will collect your payment when you are dropped off.

Pickup Airport - The driver will be waiting directly outside the customs area at the airport. Please look for a person holding a sign with your name on it. If you do not see them right away please continue to stay in that area in case the driver had to take another passenger to the van. He will be back for you. The driver will then take you and your bags to the van. You will depart the airport on your way to sma.

Drop Off Airport – You will be taken to the outside of the door of the airlines that you are flying. If you have not paid yet now is the time. The driver will then help you out of the van and help you retrive your bags.

Drop Off House/Hotel – You will be dropped off in front of your house or hotel. In some situations we are unable to get closet to your drop off point. In that case you will be dropped off as close as posible to your destination.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

BajioGo is famous for working with our clients during the entire time you are traveling. That means we help you make changes and cancellations even at the last minute. We ask that as son as you know there will be a change or cancellation you call and let us know. If it is on the day you are traveling please call our emergency number at 120- 0001.
